Protocol Editing is a US-based company providing elite and professional academic editing services for English language manuscripts for clients around the world. Many of our clients are based in Asia, but we also work with many universities and research institutions in the United States and Europe. We only work with the best researchers, so we are always bringing out best editing to all clients. Our team has advanced degrees in engineering and physical sciences, as these are our two focal areas for which we provide expert editing. We do work outside of these broad subjects, but within this space, there are so many interesting and ground breaking topics to edit for publication in the best journals. Our editors must maintain consistent and high standards set forth by the company to continue to edit papers for our world-class clientele.

Our Policies
Plagiarism

We will not edit plagiarized text. Therefore, we must assume you are sending us text that has not been misappropriated from other scholarly works without proper citation. If we do find a significant amount of plagiarized text in the document, we will return the paper at that point as a partial edit. We will charge a $100 return fee and return the remainder of your payment as a partial refund.
Please refrain from sending plagiarized text.
Refund/Re-do Policies

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer second (and third) edits at reduced prices. A second edit is 75% of standard pricing and a third edit is 50% of standard pricing. We do not guarantee acceptance into a journal as this is an objective process based on much more than the quality of the grammar and other editing specifics. Other aspects, such as journal appropriateness and quality of work, are outside the scope of the academic editor. However, we do guarantee the highest levels of editing within the guidelines provided by Protocol Editing and your specific predetermined requests. Please keep the lines of communication open initially and throughout the process as we will do the same.

All Protocol Editing employees have signed confidentiality agreements ensuring non-disclosure of any manuscripts and will not share any of your information without your written consent.
